I'm very pissed off with this girl. She wasted my smses. As I need 1 more order for the BOF necklace w/ engravement, this girl came tagging at my enquiries board saying that 'angela: hies interested in the bof necklace with engravement. sms me at 81864592^^ mailto:thanks@a. Wanting to close the preorder sooner, I decided to do a exemption by smsing her, which I usually don't do. I told her to make payment, and she say want to meet up to do payment at CCK. As stated in T&C no.3, Payment only by bank transfer or conceal cash. Because I need one more order then I said okay. She told me that she want to meet on tue, 3.30pm. I replied cannot cause my school end at 5, and would only meet her at 5.30pm. I ask her if she would like to meet on sun, she say she can't go out. Then I'm like fine then. I just received 1 necklace which I bought on X shop and decided to sell it to her as instock. So that I can use the money to order one more. Price is even same as the preorder one. She tried to nego with me to $10 by meeting me up tmr. (16.NO negos, discount will be given if you buy more than 3. If not, forget about asking.) And claim that she's doing fast deal with me. From fri till now(next mon) still call fast deal? And got people fast deal -$4 de. And where can find $10 w/ engravement, you find lah, I give you free ah! I insisted no nego and the price is fixed. She ask for swap, I said I don't do swaps, then she say she'll pass. So fine, you wasted my smses, break 2 T&C's rule and congrats you're the first.!

Did not send in order form. But pretty pissed of by this girl! She tagged on my board making a special request for a SNSD (Yoona?) anchor necklace. Okay I spent around 2hr sourcing for it. Wasted my precious time. Then I found it in silver. She told me she's int to get it even if it's in silver. So I asked her to leave down her email so I can send her picture of it. Okay everything confirm alr. And she said she live in the east then don't have bank account. I suggest her to do deposit so that it won't be lost if she were to send by conceal cash. Then she told me that her school end late only can do on sat. That's not the main point. After that she told me she had made payment. But obviously I didn't received anything, not even a cent. She couldn't provide me a date and a specific time when she went to the bank to do it. And could not provide a receipt that is issued by the teller. I checked again, still no sight of the money on 26sept( she said she did it on 19). I knew that she would insist that she had done it, then I snapshot the passbook and showed her. There wasn't any transaction on 19th. Then she said that "HER MUM" done it on a weekday but cannot rmb tha date. Okay so I continue to update the book. Still... no sight. AND her words are contradicting. One time say she, then push to her mum. If you really did give money to your mum, then is your mum who pocketed it. Then never heard from her again.

I have decided to blacklist her to be fair to other people. Rachel ordered one KimBum bag instock and back out.she left her no at the tagboard, AND PLEASE TAKE NOTE WE DON'T DEAL BY SMSES. The Main reason is she wasted ourtime and money. Candy asked her to arrange meet up by smsing her as Candy won't have time to online. Candy told her to come to yew tee as we really don't have time to travel to tiong bahru to meet her. She cannot match our timing in the morning and refuse to come to our convenience. Because of this, Candy used up a lot of smses. AND We didn't even earned her 1 cent and candy don't know have to pay how much for the smses that is wasted on her. Candy don't have unlimited SMS, if she use more than 500, she'll have to pay CASH, CASH! But at least she have the courtesy to tell us that she's not interested in the item anymore. We hope that customer will only send in order form if their 100% int in the item. AND ONCE YOU BREACHED OUR T&C WE WILL BLACKLIST YOU WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

She said she was interested in the GuiGui tiff and co. earring that we had ordered as instock. OKay, first we admit, the thing took quite some time to arrived, so after she sent in the order form, we still asked her if she still sure she want to purchase and don't mind if she backout at that time. She said yes still want to purchase. Then when the things arrive, Candy email her to arrange for a meet up via sms (reason same as above: Candy don't have time to online). Then she would like us to meet up at Dhoby Ghout. But we can't make as as travelling to and fro would take us 2hr, and travel fare=$8, not many people would want to pay also. Then she said she would opt for postage, but we gave her more than 3 days to do the transfer alr. Yesterday(22/10) she called using her house phone. And Candy called back, later she smsed asking who is this. Then we said CandyS-EmpirE. And reminded her to transfer the payment in asap. Till now no reply(23/10). We last sms her if she still int in the earring and would blacklist her if she don't reply. So here she is! She don't even have the basic courtesy to inform us if she were not interested in it anymore. AT LEAST RACHEL HAVE THE COURTESY TO DO SO!

Ordered 2 BOF bagpack. Then cancelled the order. And instock of course can Cash On Delivery (COD). Then she ask if the measurement for the transparent tote is for the BOF bacpack. And the measurements itself is alr drawn on the picture itself. Wonder if her eyes got problem. I alr stated on mt T&C clearly. Once you breached you're up. No excuses.

Order items then back out. She ordered "plasric" ODM watch (0dark Blue) & 1 heaphone. From here actually can see that she isn't keen in ordering. But I trust her. She choose conceal cash and I'm even kind enough to tell her to choose bank deposit. So I gave her my address. She ask if I do meet up payment, I answered yes but at yewtee. This is to ensure I won't get MIA by irritating customer. Then she said she want to cancel so here she is lo. If she were a keen buyer she would rather choose other payment method or come up to yew tee. Seems like she's not. Congrats Number 10
